Collagen Clinical Studies.....
The following University led Clinical Studies and papers support the efficacy of taking the product ingredients found within ColBoost for younger looking skin.
1. Trial By Department of Dermatology, University of Kiel, Germany
The objective of this research was to study the effectiveness of collagen hydrolysate (Bovine sourced) on skin ageing.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 69 women aged 35-55 years were randomized to receive Collagen or placebo once daily for 8 weeks.
Skin elasticity, skin moisture, transepidermal water loss and skin roughness were objectively measured.
At the end of the study, skin elasticity in both Collagen dosage groups showed a statistically significant improvement in comparison to placebo.
After 4 weeks of follow-up treatment, a statistically significantly higher skin elasticity level was determined in elderly women.

2. Effects of collagen peptide ingestion on UV-B-induced skin damage
“The effect of daily ingestion of collagen peptide on the skin damage induced by repeated UV-B irradiation was examined.
Ingestion of collagen peptide (0.2 g/kg/d) suppressed UV-B-induced decreases in skin hydration, hyperplasia of the epidermis, and decreases in soluble type I collagen.
These results suggest that collagen peptide is beneficial as a dietary supplement to suppress UV-B-induced skin damage and photoaging.”

3. Collagen hydrolysate intake increases skin collagen expression and suppresses matrix metalloproteinase 2 activity
“The effect of daily ingestion of collagen hydrolysate (CH) on skin extracellular matrix proteins was investigated…These results suggest that CH may reduce aging-related changes of the extracellular matrix by stimulating anabolic processes in skin tissue.”

Triple Collagen Gel Ingredients.....
Marine Collagen Complex is an ingredient in all the products it boosts your own collagen production reducing wrinkles, it also increasing the availability of oxygen to the skin.
Rich in amino acids it stimulates elastin and Type III Collagen to firm the skin and reduce wrinkles. Our Marine Collagen is designed to stimulate Type III collagen deep down within the skin. The enhancement comes from a concentration of proteins.
Hauloronic acid is the most efficient humectant that can attract from 600-1000 times its own weight in water so it plumps up the skin and gives it volume.
Its hydrating properties result in increased skin smoothness, softening and decreased appearance of wrinkles.
By its nature, hyaluronic acid retains water like a sponge and has the ability to absorb a thousand times more than its own weight and plays an important role in tissue hydration, lubrication and cellular function.
Aloe Vera is considered to be the "Plant of Immortality" and used to treat wounds, skin infections, burns, and lots of other conditions. Aloe's healing power come from increasing the availability of oxygen to the skin, this increasing the strength of tissue and encourages skin renewal.
Aloe contains 75 nutrients and 200 active compounds, including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids, and 12 vitamins.
Marine Algae Extract is a powerful anti wrinkle ingredient. Tests showed the capacity to stimulate cellular proliferation which significantly increased collagen synthesis by 19.3% using a 2% concentration in only 24 hours compared to an untreated control sample.
Helps improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and elasticity in skin that has lost its tone and improves skin hydration. Promotes healing and strengthens skin whilst restoring its natural suppleness and radiance. Rich in omega 3 and sterols it is soothing, anti inflammatory and offers some protection from UVB rays. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects the dermal matrix from further degradation.
Anti inflammatory and protective, it plays an important role in the skin’s barrier function due to its repairing properties.
Rosewood has a balancing, soothing and rejuvenating action on the skin and it adds a relaxing aroma to the gel.
Rose Hip keeps skin hydrated and enhances the skin’s natural defence mechanisms. Rosehip increases collagen and elastin levels of the skin, making it firmer and softer eliminating signs of fatigue and bringing firmness and natural luminosity back to the skin.
Retinol Vitamin A is one of a few substances with a molecular small enough to penetrate the outer layers of skin and work to repair the lower layers of the skin where collagen and elastin live. This allows the retinol to repair and stimulate collagen and elastin, which produces firmer, smoother skin.
